At THE BOWERY COMPANY, our priority is a fast and reliable delivery to your doorstep. To ensure your complete satisfaction, orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take up to 3 business days to process with great care.
Please note that orders placed after 12 PM KSA time (UTC+3) will not be processed until the following business day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day, and deliveries may take longer during sales and holiday seasons.
KSA DELIVERY:
We offer FREE delivery in KSA* within 72 hours. Once your order has been approved and is ready to leave our warehouse, you will receive either a text message or a call from one of our agents to arrange delivery at your convenience.
For Same Day Delivery in Riyadh, orders must be placed before 10 AM and are subject to driver availability. Please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm same-day delivery.
*Subject to area restrictions: Delivery services to remote locations in KSA, such as towns far from major cities, may require additional time and fees. Locations south or west of Riyadh are considered “remote locations” (except towns/locations along the Riyadh – Mecca road and Riyadh – Dammam road). These include, but are not limited to:
- Al Kharj area
- Al Qassim area
- Al Mekkah area
- Al Baha area
- Wadi Ad Dawasir area
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES:
Delivery time within the GCC, Jordan, and Egypt can take up to 15 working days from the day you receive your Airway Bill (AWB) tracking number. If the shipment needs to be delivered by road freight across the GCC, it can take up to 30 days. A more accurate estimate will be provided before the shipment departs our facilities.
