Vuelo Mug - Elm Green

The Ferm Living x Utzon – Can Lis collaboration draws inspiration from architect Jørn Utzon’s family home in Mallorca, merging the natural environment with design elements that reflect his unique philosophy. The Vuelo Mug reproduces the elegant bird sketches created by Utzon during his time at Can Lis. Named after the Spanish word for ‘flight,’ the mug captures the fluidity and grace of its bird motif. Crafted from glazed ceramic, each piece bears distinct hand-thrown marks, imbuing it with a unique artisanal quality. The bird design is rendered using a traditional batik technique, wherein wax resists the glaze, resulting in intricate patterns that enhance the mug’s crafted character.
