CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM PURCHASED ONLINE?
We hope you love your furniture and accessories from The Bowery. With our Love-It-or-Leave-It Guarantee, you can return an item purchased online for store credit within 7 days of receiving your order, if you're not completely satisfied. For Sale items, returns (for store credit) or exchanges are allowed within 3 days, with the exclusions listed below. Please note, this guarantee applies only to products purchased directly from THE BOWERY COMPANY and excludes the following categories:
Pre-orders
Art prints
Books
Candles
Soft Furnishings : rugs, mats, bedspreads, throws and cushions, sofas and armchairs
Products requiring assembly
Sofas, armchairs, divans, and other upholstered furniture
Displayed pieces in the showroom
All returns must be in the original brand packaging, sealed and undamaged. If the product or packaging is not in perfect resalable condition, no return will be accepted. We reserve the right to request a photo of the returned item before initiating the collection.
To arrange for a return, email us at [email protected], and our delivery agent will contact you to collect the item(s). If you wish to exchange the item(s) for another, please mention this in your email. Once the item is returned to our warehouse, you will either receive your exchanged item (subject to a return fee) or a promo code for the value of your returned item(s), minus the return charge, to be used on a future purchase.
The standard return fee for KSA orders is 30 SAR, but it could be higher and depends on the volumetric weight of your returned item(s), and it may go up to 2000 SAR depending on the location and size of the order. Kindly note that products dispatched from our warehouse do not come assembled. If assembly is required, an additional fee of 150 SAR is chargeable.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH TABBY ON INSTALLMENT BASIS?
Items purchased with Tabby can only be exchanged, not returned, within 7 days of receiving your order if you are not satisfied. For Sale items, exchanges are allowed within 3 days, subject to the exclusions listed below. This policy applies only to items purchased directly from THE BOWERY COMPANY and excludes:
Pre-orders
Made-to-Order / Customized items
Art prints
Books
Soft Furnishings : rugs, mats, bedspreads, throws and cushions
Products requiring assembly (even if unmounted and returned in original packaging)
A return will be accepted for items not included in the above categories. All returns must be in their original brand packaging. A mandatory return fee of 5% of the item's value will be deducted from the store credit issued for the return.
HOW TO USE A PROMOCODE FROM A RETURNED ORDER?
Visit thebowerycompany.sa and shop your favorite products.
Before proceeding to checkout, enter the promo code you received via email in the "Promo Code" field. The promo code amount will be automatically deducted from your order total.
Complete your order by clicking "Place Order." You will receive an order confirmation email and an order number.
If the promo code amount exceeds the total order value, the remaining balance will be credited to your The Bowery Company account.
If the order exceeds the promo code value, the difference must be paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) or by credit card (if the delivery is within KSA or UAE, or internationally).
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE MY ORDER IS INCOMPLETE, INCORRECT OR FAULTY?
We apologize for any mistakes on our part. If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please immediately contact our Customer Care at 00966508964747 or email [email protected] with the product details to arrange for a replacement.
The return fee will be waived under the following circumstances:
Faulty items (damaged or with manufacturing faults)
Incomplete orders
Incorrect items
Please inspect your items carefully upon delivery. If any damage is noticed, take pictures of the packaging before the driver leaves. If the product is damaged, refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for damages cannot be processed if the driver is not informed at the time of delivery.
The BOWERY COMPANY reserves the right to repair or replace faulty items at our discretion.
