The Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive FF&E Project Manager to oversee and manage furniture project deliveries from specification to installation. You will act as the main point of contact between sales, suppliers, logistics, and clients — ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. This is a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our design-led FF&E projects across the UAE and KSA.
Key Responsibilities

Project Management
- Manage multiple concurrent FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) projects from award to final delivery.
- Create and maintain detailed project timelines, schedules, and delivery trackers.
- Liaise with clients, designers, and contractors to align specifications, layouts, and site readiness.
- Coordinate installation schedules and supervise sites as needed.

- Prepare and place purchase orders with local and international suppliers through their portals, ensuring accuracy of specifications, quantities, pricing, and delivery requirements.
